Some of the most beautiful flowers don’t need to travel very far. When the season allows, Maple Grove incorporates locally grown flowers from East at Dawn Homestead and other regional growers into our event work. We supplement with carefully sourced blooms when a design, season or color palette calls for something we can’t grow locally.
Working with the seasons means every event looks a little different. And we think that’s part of what makes flowers so special.

Pretty much anything worth celebrating! Weddings, prom and school dances, anniversaries, birthdays, showers, graduations, corporate events, fundraisers, galas, community events, celebrations of life and everything in between. If you have a reason for flowers, we’d love to hear about it.
At this time, we don’t offer bulk or DIY flower packages. Our event flowers are designed and prepared by our team so we can make sure everything is fresh, cohesive and ready for your celebration.
As soon as you can! We’re a small, hands-on team and take on a limited number of events so we can give each one the time and attention it deserves. For weddings, larger celebrations and events during busy seasons, we recommend reaching out as early as possible to make sure your date is available. If you have a date in mind, don’t wait. We’d love to get you on our calendar!
Not necessarily! We believe beautiful flowers should be available for celebrations of all sizes, so we don’t have a one-size-fits-all minimum. For larger events, weddings or orders requiring significant design time, delivery or setup, we may recommend a minimum investment based on the scope of your event. Tell us what you’re planning and your approximate budget, and we’ll help you determine what’s possible.
Yes, with a little flexibility! If it’s something we grow ourselves and it’s in season, we’ll do our best to include it. For flowers we don’t grow, availability depends on our local growers and floral suppliers. We’re always happy to take requests, but we can’t guarantee a specific variety. If something isn’t available, we’ll find a beautiful alternative that fits the overall look and feel.
Yes! Locally grown flowers are at the heart of what we do. Many of our blooms are grown by our co-owner/co-founder Emily in her gardens at East at Dawn Homestead, and we also work with other local and regional growers whenever possible. When Wisconsin’s growing season ends, or your design calls for something that isn’t available locally, we supplement with flowers from trusted floral suppliers.
Yes! Delivery and event setup are available depending on the size, location and needs of your event. We’ll discuss those details with you during the planning process and include any applicable delivery or setup costs in your proposal.
